Dilled Salmon Over Couscous

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 32 ounces salmon fillets
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 8 teaspoons margarine
  • 4 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 cup couscous

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine in a non-stick skillet.
  • 2 coat salmon fillets on each side with lemon juice and dill.
  • 3 add salmon to the skillet and cook covered on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • 4 5 minutes before the salmon is done cooking, make the couscous.
  • 5 serve salmon over couscous.
