Easy Easy Smoked Salmon

Total Time: 8 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 salmon fillet, about 2 pounds with skin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 -2 tablespoon liquid smoke

Recipe

  • 1 coat an 11 inch by 7 inch glass pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • 2 sprinkle salmon with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
  • 3 drizzle with liquid smoke.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  • 5 drain and discard liquid.
  • 6 bake@ 350 degrees fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • 7 cool at room temperature then refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
