Ingredients
- Servings: 16
- 1 salmon fillet, about 2 pounds with skin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 -2 tablespoon liquid smoke
Recipe
- 1 coat an 11 inch by 7 inch glass pan with non stick cooking spray.
- 2 sprinkle salmon with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
- 3 drizzle with liquid smoke.
- 4 cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- 5 drain and discard liquid.
- 6 bake@ 350 degrees fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- 7 cool at room temperature then refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
