Fillet Of Sole Kawai

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs sole fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 ounces chopped macadamia nuts

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle lime juice over filets and let stand 10-15 minute.
  • 2 coat filets in flour and fry in butter until browned.
  • 3 remove filets from pan to serving platter retaining oil and drippings in pan.
  • 4 add cream to frying pan contents, stirring continuously.
  • 5 bring to a boil and simmer until slightly reduced.
  • 6 scrape bits of fish loose from bottom of pan.
  • 7 spoon cream mixture over filets and top with chopped nuts.
  • 8 garnish with lime and/or avocado slices.
