- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick
- kosher salt and fresly cracked black pepper
