Garlic Thyme Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick
  • kosher salt and fresly cracked black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 coat and let marinate for a few hours. cook 15 minutes at 450.
