Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives (minced scallions can be substituted)
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry and minced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 stir all ingredients together until well blended.
  • 2 taste and add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
