Pistachio-crusted Mahi Mahi

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 (5 ounce) fresh mahi mahi fillets
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nut, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 dash salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350°f.
  • 2 place the fillets on a baking sheet and season with the lemon juice, pepper, and salt if desired.
  • 3 top with the pistachio nuts and drizzle with the melted butter.
  • 4 bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork; serve immediately.
