Green Goddess Slaw

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 green onions, green parts only
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 6 cups shredded coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine all ingredients but the slaw mix.
- 2 puree until smooth.
- 3 transfer to a large bowl, add slaw mix and toss to combine.
- 4 season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
