Helen Watkins Mitchell's Anchovy Olive Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 (50 g) cans anchovy fillets, mashed
  • good dash tabasco sauce

Recipe

  • 1 the day before you plan to use this, mix all of the ingredients until well-blended, then store in a covered dish in your refrigerfator.
