Lemon Garlic Alaskan Halibut

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 -6 ounces alaskan halibut fillets
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • salt
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat; stir in garlic.
  • 2 season halibut on both sides with lemon pepper and salt.
  • 3 place halibut in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until the fish flakes easily, turn one halfway through cooking to brown on both sides.
  • 4 serve with lemon wedges.
