Lemon Garlic Alaskan Halibut

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 -6 ounces alaskan halibut fillets
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- salt
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat; stir in garlic.
- 2 season halibut on both sides with lemon pepper and salt.
- 3 place halibut in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until the fish flakes easily, turn one halfway through cooking to brown on both sides.
- 4 serve with lemon wedges.
