Lemon Garlic Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • lemon wedge
  • parsley

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle salmon fillets on both sides with lemon pepper.
  • 2 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat; watch carefully not to burn.
