Oriental Glazed Salmon With Tropical Salsa

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, packed in juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 kiwi, ripe but firm, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onion, slices

Recipe

  • 1 drain pineapple; reserve juice.
