Ingredients

- 3 1/2 ounces dry penne pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
- 6 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 3 1/2 ounces tuna in brine, drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix the hot penne with the other ingredients (the residual heat from the pasta will heat the other ingredients to give you a warm pasta dish).
- 2 serve.
