Damh Dabai With Okinaje Pancakes.

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 sole fillets
  • soya sauce
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 heat the saucepan and put the olive oil.
  • 2 put the filleted sole to fry and add a bit at a time the soya sauce.
  • 3 leave apart on a plate.
  • 4 mix with an electric mixer in a bowl the flour, the sugar and the milk, adding it slowly.
  • 5 fry the pancakes on circles of 4 inches.
  • 6 put with the sole and serve.
