Ingredients
- 4 sole fillets
- soya sauce
- salt
- olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat the saucepan and put the olive oil.
- 2 put the filleted sole to fry and add a bit at a time the soya sauce.
- 3 leave apart on a plate.
- 4 mix with an electric mixer in a bowl the flour, the sugar and the milk, adding it slowly.
- 5 fry the pancakes on circles of 4 inches.
- 6 put with the sole and serve.
