Fish And Tomato Gratin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet, skinned
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 lay the fish fillets in a greased ovenproof dish.
  • 3 add the tomatoes, garlic and parsley and season well with salt and pepper.
  • 4 sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
