- 2 lbs fish fillets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425. mix all ingredients except fish together in a bowl. grease pan.
- 2 arrange fish in baking pan and spread mixture over. bake about 20 minutes.
