Fish /n Swiss

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425. mix all ingredients except fish together in a bowl. grease pan.
  • 2 arrange fish in baking pan and spread mixture over. bake about 20 minutes.
