Flat Belly Diet Grilled Salmon Steak

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 8 ounces salmon fillets

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients in a bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 2 grill over medium heat or bake until the fish flakes (see notes above).
  • 3 microwave the leftover marinade for one minute and drizzle over the salmon.
