Ingredients
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 8 ounces salmon fillets
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 2 grill over medium heat or bake until the fish flakes (see notes above).
- 3 microwave the leftover marinade for one minute and drizzle over the salmon.
