Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

- 2 lbs flounder or 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine first 6 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over both sides of fillets.
