Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 2 -3 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Recipe

  • 1 place salmon fillets on oiled baking sheet.
  • 2 sprinkle with salt.
  • 3 chop rosemary and sprinkle over the top.
  • 4 top with sliced lemons.
  • 5 drizzle with olive oil.
  • 6 cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, depending on how thick your fillets are.
  • 7 serve with rice or steamed potatoes and steamed asparagus with extra lemon slices.
