Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 2 -3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Recipe
- 1 place salmon fillets on oiled baking sheet.
- 2 sprinkle with salt.
- 3 chop rosemary and sprinkle over the top.
- 4 top with sliced lemons.
- 5 drizzle with olive oil.
- 6 cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, depending on how thick your fillets are.
- 7 serve with rice or steamed potatoes and steamed asparagus with extra lemon slices.
