Miso Glazed Rockfish

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 2 teaspoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 12 ounces rockfish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 3 place fish on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • 4 coat fish with miso mixture.
  • 5 broil 8 - 10 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
  • 6 sprinkle with sesame seeds.
