Miso Glazed Rockfish

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon miso
- 2 teaspoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 12 ounces rockfish fillets
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3 place fish on a foil lined baking sheet.
- 4 coat fish with miso mixture.
- 5 broil 8 - 10 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
- 6 sprinkle with sesame seeds.
