Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry pepper
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup red pepper, roasted
- 1/2 cup artichoke heart
- 5 tablespoons capers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 cup olive oil, good quality works best
- dried red chili pepper flakes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 chop first 10 ingredients in food processor (or can be done by hand).
- 2 add olive oil and mix.
