Red Pepper And Parmesan Tipapia

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (6 ounce) tipapia fish fillets
Recipe
- 1 place the egg substitute in a shallow bowl.
- 2 in another shallow bowl, combine cheese, italian seasoning, pepper flakes, and pepper.
- 3 dip fillets in eggsubstitute, and then in cheese mixture.
- 4 place in a 15 inch x10 inchx1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
- 5 bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
