Red Pepper And Parmesan Tipapia

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) tipapia fish fillets

Recipe

  • 1 place the egg substitute in a shallow bowl.
  • 2 in another shallow bowl, combine cheese, italian seasoning, pepper flakes, and pepper.
  • 3 dip fillets in eggsubstitute, and then in cheese mixture.
  • 4 place in a 15 inch x10 inchx1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
