Ingredients

- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 5 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mince 3 cloves of garlic, and combine in a small bowl with mayonnaise, anchovies, 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice.
- 2 season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 3 refrigerate until ready to use.
- 4 heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 5 cut the remaining 3 cloves of garlic into quarters, and add to hot oil.
- 6 cook and stir until brown, and then remove garlic from pan.
- 7 add bread cubes to the hot oil.
- 8 cook, turning frequently, until lightly browned.
- 9 remove bread cubes from oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- 10 serve with romaine lettuce and additional parmesan cheese.
