Caesar Salad Dressing And Croutons

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 mince 3 cloves of garlic, and combine in a small bowl with mayonnaise, anchovies, 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice.
  • 2 season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  • 3 refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 4 heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 5 cut the remaining 3 cloves of garlic into quarters, and add to hot oil.
  • 6 cook and stir until brown, and then remove garlic from pan.
  • 7 add bread cubes to the hot oil.
  • 8 cook, turning frequently, until lightly browned.
  • 9 remove bread cubes from oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 10 serve with romaine lettuce and additional parmesan cheese.
