Chicken Breast Stuffed With Goats Cheese And Basil

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 3/4 cup goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 wash and dry the chicken breasts
  • 2 cut a pocket in the side of each breast.
  • 3 pick and roughly chop the basil leaves.
  • 4 mix with the goat cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5 stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  • 6 season with salt and pepper, heat the oil and brown on both sides .
  • 7 reduce the heat and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes turning every so often.
  • 8 salad.
  • 9 tear and wash the lettuce.
  • 10 mix the honey and lemon juice and oil with a little water.
  • 11 season with salt and pepper.

  • 13 serve the chicken breasts over the tossed lettuce.
