Ingredients

- 3 -4 tilapia fillets or 3 -4 cod fish fillets
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves or 1/2 cup other fruit preserves
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon
Recipe
- 1 broil fish for 4 minutes on each side.
- 2 mix other ingredients and spoon onto fish.
- 3 broil 1 more minute.
