Filet Mignon With Bacon And Butter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 slices steak fillets (1 1/2 inches thick)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 wrap a bacon slice around each fillet and fasten with a toothpick. let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • 2 sprinkle each side with ground black pepper and placer on a broiler rack.
