Filet Of Flounder With Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 ground ginger
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups oyster sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place spices in mortar and grind together with pestle.
  • 2 mix flour with spices.
  • 3 dip filets in milk, then dredge in spiced flour.
  • 4 heat butter in cast iron pan over medium heat. add filets and cook 3 minutes on each side.
  • 5 remove fish and serve with oyster sauce.
