Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 ground ginger
- 1 cup flour
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups oyster sauce
Recipe
- 1 place spices in mortar and grind together with pestle.
- 2 mix flour with spices.
- 3 dip filets in milk, then dredge in spiced flour.
- 4 heat butter in cast iron pan over medium heat. add filets and cook 3 minutes on each side.
- 5 remove fish and serve with oyster sauce.
