Fish With Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb fillets of any light fish
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a skillet.
- 2 saute onions in butter until lightly browned.
- 3 arrange fish on top of onions and sprinkle with seasonings.
- 4 add the water.
- 5 cover, bring to a boil and then lower heat to low.
- 6 cook for 45 minutes.
- 7 divide fish onto two plates.
- 8 stir sour cream into onions and liquid left in pan.
- 9 serve sauce over fish.
