Fish Worcestershire

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs flounder or 2 lbs sole fillets
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme

Recipe

  • 1 roll fish fillets and place in well buttered casserole.
  • 2 combine soup, worchestershire and thyme; pour over fish.
  • 3 bake, uncovered, in preheated hot oven (425 degrees f.) for twenty minutes or until fish flakes when you test it with a fork.
  • 4 sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
