Grilled Basil Swordfish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 swordfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • fresh basil or ground basil
  • rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 heat up grill.
  • 2 combine lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and stir.
  • 3 carefully add rosemary and if you have fresh basil mince into very small pieces and add. then stir.
  • 4 once the grill is heated up oil the grates heavily with oil.
  • 5 take a fillet and dip it in the olive oil mixture covering it repeat with other fillet.
  • 6 lay fillets on grill and cook for 3-5 minutes then flip the fillets. repeat until fish easily flakes with fork or inside of fish is .
