Grilled Beer Salmon Packets

Ingredients

- 3 small salmon fillets
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 0.5 (12 ounce) bottle beer
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium high heat.
- 2 create a large aluminum foil packet for each fish fillet.
- 3 place salmon in center of foil.
- 4 season with garlic salt and brown sugar.
