- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 pinch thyme
Recipe
- 1 place salmon steaks in microwave-safe dish. in a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. drizzle mustard glaze evenly over salmon. microwave on high (100%) for 4 minutes. remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. makes 2 servings.
