Honey Mustard Salmon With Almond Slivers And Rosemary

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary (or fresh)
  • 4 salmon fillets

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease baking pan.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine the mustard, olive oil, and honey.
  • 3 place fillets on baking pan. spoon on the mustard mixture to each fillet, then top with bread crumbs, sliced almonds, and rosemary.
  • 4 bake for 20 minutes (or 10 minutes for each inch of thickness, measuring thickest part of the fillet). salmon should flake when done.
