Mustard Broil Mackerel

Ingredients

- 2 lbs mackerel fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
Recipe
- 1 bone and fillet fish.
- 2 rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- 3 place fillets, skin side down on a greased broiler pan.
- 4 combine 1 tbsp melted butter, parsley, salt and pepper and brush fish well.
- 5 broil 2 to 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes. do not turn.
- 6 mix remaining butter with mustard, dill and lemon juice.
- 7 pour over fillets and broil for 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 8 serve garnished with lemon slices.
