Northern Herring

Ingredients

- 600 g herring fillets
- 20 ml water
- 6 teaspoons salt
- 10 ml vinegar spice essence
- 20 ml water
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 red onions
- 20 ml sugar
Recipe
- 1 filets are rolled together with skinny side outwards.
- 2 they are closely placed on the bottom of a sauté pan pour hard saltened water.
