Northern Herring

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 600 g herring fillets
  • 20 ml water
  • 6 teaspoons salt
  • 10 ml vinegar spice essence
  • 20 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 2 red onions
  • 20 ml sugar

Recipe

  • 1 filets are rolled together with skinny side outwards.
  • 2 they are closely placed on the bottom of a sauté pan pour hard saltened water.
