Orange Thyme Broiled Salmon

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb salmon fillet

Recipe

  • 1 combine orange juice, olive oil, thyme, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a resealble plastic bag.
  • 2 add salmon fillets and coat well.
  • 3 refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning once.
  • 4 remove salmon and discard marinate.
  • 5 broil fish 10 minutes or until flakes with fork.
