Sinagang Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (1 lb) salmon fillets or 2 (1/2 lb) salmon steak
  • mayonnaise
  • sinagang soup mix (tamarind soup mix)
  • lemon (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
  • 2 spread a thin layer of mayo over salmon.
  • 3 sprinkle sinagang soup mix (tamarind soup mix) over mayo (less is more).
  • 4 bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until fish is flaky and the top is slightly browned and bubbling.
