Red Snapper Curaçao Style

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fillet red snapper
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 -3 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 -4 tablespoons butter
  • flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 large tomatoes or 6 plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 prepare for frying the red snapper.
  • 2 make a marinade with the lime juice, scallions, clove of garlic and salt and pepper.
