Red Snapper Curaçao Style

Ingredients

- 2 lbs fillet red snapper
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 -3 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 -4 tablespoons butter

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 large tomatoes or 6 plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped

Recipe
- 1 prepare for frying the red snapper.
- 2 make a marinade with the lime juice, scallions, clove of garlic and salt and pepper.
