Crispy Chicken Curry

Ingredients

- 3 medium eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup curry, mix
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 10 pieces chicken fillets
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 large potatoes, cut in wedges
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs until fluffy.
- 2 mix flour, cornstarch, curry mix and paprika. salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 heat oil.
- 4 dip each chicken fillet in the beaten eggs then dip it to flour mixture.
- 5 deep fry chicken.
- 6 set aside on a paper towel.
- 7 sprinkle salt and pepper to potato wedges and deep fry it in the same oil.
- 8 serve.
