Crispy Chicken Curry

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup curry, mix
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 10 pieces chicken fillets
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 4 large potatoes, cut in wedges
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs until fluffy.
  • 2 mix flour, cornstarch, curry mix and paprika. salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 heat oil.
  • 4 dip each chicken fillet in the beaten eggs then dip it to flour mixture.
  • 5 deep fry chicken.
  • 6 set aside on a paper towel.
  • 7 sprinkle salt and pepper to potato wedges and deep fry it in the same oil.
  • 8 serve.
