- 1 salmon fillet, boned, skinned
- curry powder
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 slather both sides of the fish with plenty of curry. sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, salt and pepper. rub the spices into the fish.
- 2 wrap fish in a foil packet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
