Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope pesto sauce mix
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 halibut fillets (4 oz. each)
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the oil, sauce mix and lemon juice.
- 2 brush over both sides of fillets.
- 3 place in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
- 4 bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
