Glazed Salmon With Green Beans

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup long grain rice, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 24 ounces salmon fillets (skinless)
  • lemon wedge, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add green beans, shallots, garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook, tossing occasionally, until crisp tender, 2 to 4 minutes.
