Hook, Line, And Simple

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 36 ounces salmon fillets, boneless and skinless
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, for sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, for sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler. sprinkle salmon fillets lightly on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • 2 place salmon on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 3 broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source for about 4 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily but is still just slightly pink in the center.
