Lemon Crumb Cod Fillets

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces cod fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salad supreme dry seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 mix crumbs and seasonings together and set aside.
  • 3 melt butter.
  • 4 lay fillets, skin side down in shallow baking dish.
  • 5 add water to bottom of dish.
  • 6 brush fillets with melted butter coating well, pour remaining butter over fish.
  • 7 sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • 8 top with seasoned crumb mixture.
  • 9 bake 14- to 18 minutes or until fish flakes to touch.
