Lemon-pepper Catfish

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 catfish fillets (about 5 oz each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine lemon juice, butter, and worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 add the fish and seal bag and turn to coat.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • 4 coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  • 5 drain and discard the marinade.
  • 6 sprinkle the fish with salt and lemon-pepper.
  • 7 grill, covered, over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
