Lemon-pepper Catfish

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 catfish fillets (about 5 oz each)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Recipe
- 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine lemon juice, butter, and worcestershire sauce.
- 2 add the fish and seal bag and turn to coat.
- 3 cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 4 coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
- 5 drain and discard the marinade.
- 6 sprinkle the fish with salt and lemon-pepper.
- 7 grill, covered, over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
