Maple Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a deep bowl, mix maple syrup and soy sauce.
  • 2 arrange fillets so that marinade completely covers fish.
  • 3 marinate in the refrigerator for as long possible (ideally 24 hours).
  • 4 preheat oven to 500 degrees f.
  • 5 rub oil on a 10 by 10-inch sheet of aluminum foil.
