Nitko’s Simple Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 120 g tuna fillets (canned)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
  • 4 g olives (or 3-4 olives)
  • 2 g capers (or 5-8 capers)
  • 3 g garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano (dry)

Recipe

  • 1 remove tuna from can and remove can oil. use fresh olive oil.
  • 2 mince garlic finely and add to tuna. than add, capers, olives, oregano and lemon juice. mix together with olive oil and wait 30 minutes so all ingredients adjust. i.
  • 3 f you are hungry, don’t wait. serve with red wine and bread (and feta cheese if you are really hungry).
