Ottoman Fish

Total Time: 36 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 lb pollock fillet
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped, toasted)
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach (packed)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place egg in a bowl.
  • 2 combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • 3 dip fish in egg then flour to coat.
  • 4 place on a baking rack. chill 20 minutes.
  • 5 meanwhile, puree the walnuts, oil, spinach lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.
  • 6 heat oil in a skillet.
  • 7 add fish. saute 3 minutes each side.
  • 8 top with sauce.
