Oven Fried Snapper

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs red snapper or 2 lbs perch fillets
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 rinse fish with cold water, pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2 cut fish into four serving size portions.
  • 3 combine oil, salt and garlic in oblong baking dish.
  • 4 place fish in mixture and let marinate 10 minutes.
  • 5 turn and let marinate another 10 minutes.
  • 6 remove fish from marinade.
  • 7 roll in cheese, then crumbs.
  • 8 place on well-greased cookie sheet.
  • 9 bake at 500f for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
