Penina's Easy Salmon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon pepper (optional)
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • paprika
  • dill (optional)
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 sliced bell pepper (optional)
  • 4 sliced garlic cloves (optional)
  • lemon juice
  • water (optional)
  • 1 lemon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 line bottom of pan with sliced onions. if using peppers and or garlic add them too.
  • 2 place fillets on top of the vegetables.
  • 3 pour lemon juice over all. add some water if desired. [the fish will release its own juices so it probably won't be too dry.].
  • 4 sprinkle seasonings over all.
  • 5 cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. if the fish is frozen (not thawed) double the cooking time.
  • 6 garnish with lemon slices or wedges if desired.
