Poached Salmon In Wine Sauce

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups dry wine
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Recipe

  • 1 divide all the ingredients except the salmon between 2 skillets.
  • 2 if you do not have one big enough to hold all the salmon.
